Poley Mountain Season Passholders are vital members of the Poley family, and we thank you for your continued loyalty and support. It's people like you that make this a special place, and we look forward to welcoming you back for the winter of 2011/2012 season!

Poley Sure is a form of insurance that protects your investment in a Season Pass. For the low cost of $25.00 + HST, your pass will be refunded at a prorated rate if you become UNABLE to Ski or Snowboard due to an injury, illness or job transfer.
Poley Sure must be purchased at the same time as your season pass and your coverage will be effective immediately.
Conditions:
- Insurance must be purchased at the same time as your season pass.
- You must provide proper documentation from a licensed medical practitioner that states the medical condition which prevents you from skiing or snowboarding.
- Job transfers must be a reasonable distance from Poley Mountain and you will be asked for a letter from your employer.
How to Make a Claim
Claims must be made to administration within 10 days and all documentation must be presented.
Calculation of a Refund
Should you become incapable of skiing or snowboarding before our season begins, the full pass will be refunded minus the $25.00 Poley Sure administration fee. Once the season begins, refunds will be based on 92 ski days.

Waiver of Liability
Prior to purchasing a season pass, all individuals must read and agree to a waiver of liability. For those interested in purchasing a family pass, the Waiver must be read and agreed to on behalf of all family members, particularly those under the age of 19. When completing the form for either an individual or family, please be sure to include the name of a parent or legal guardian for all those under the age of 19.
Please be advised that omitting the name of a parent or legal guardian for passholders under the age of 19 may cause a delay in processing.
Those who are unable to appear in person to purchase a season pass may opt to complete the Waiver online. The information you enter will be processed by our staff then discarded. None of the information you enter will be maintained in electronic format, used for promotional purposes or divulged to any third parties.
Please be advised that agreement to the Waiver of Liability contained herein is a part of the process of purchasing your Season Pass. We would like to thank you, the customer, for your understanding in this matter as it is simply a part of doing business for Poley Mountain Resorts Ltd.
