Proceed straight to the kiosk in the Lobby to scan and make sure it says "Valid" then proceed to the lifts

All Tickets are subject to a "Media Fee" charge of $5 + HST
No Administration charges for reloading the same Card!

Every purchase for a Day Ticket or your Season Pass is loaded onto that same Access Card you had printed from your first purchase
Keep this Card as replacement Cards are $5-10 to reprint

Lost your Card? Choose New Card from the Lift Ticket selections on our Webstore, and then proceed to the pick-up boxes outside of the lodge to print your new access card.

Check the validity of your Access Card at the kiosk on the table on the Lobby:

If it says "valid" proceed to the lifts

If it says "invalid" see Guest Services

You can pick-up your CARD to access the Mountain at our pick-up boxes at the Lodge

Purchase your Ticket or Season Pass online on our Webstore
Bring your QR code (emailed to you) to the pick-up box outside the Lodge
Scan this QR code from either your phone or printed email, and wait for your Access Card to be printed
Place this card in a pocket on your left side - a valid card will open a gate at the Triple and Quad Chairlifts
