NEW Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) System at Poley Mountain!
You can now pick-up your CARD to access the Mountain at our NEW pick-up boxes at the Lodge
- Purchase your Pass online
- Bring your QR code (emailed to you) to the pick-up box outside the Lodge
- Scan this QR code to receive your access card
- Place this card in a pocket on your left side
- Do not hole punch this card
- Season Passholders use this card for the whole season!
- Replacement Cards are reprinted at an additional cost of $10 + HST
PAYMENT PLAN
Purchase your season pass in full or you can take advantage of purchasing your season pass using our Payment Plan.
Submit the application form by e-mail or mail to our administration department <info@poleymountain.com> or call 506-433-7668 and we will set up the payment account for you
Sign up in September for the 3 Month Payment Plan (Deadline September 30,2025)
3 Month Term, Payments on October 1, November 1, and December 1, 2025
Sign up in October for the 2 Month Payment Plan (Deadline October 31, 2025)
2 Month Term, Payments on November 1, and December 1, 2025
All season pass purchases after November 1, 2025, must be paid in ONE payment at the regular rates.

Poley Sure Insurance:
Poley Sure is insurance that protects your investment. Season Passes do not include Poley Sure Insurance unless you add this option. With Poley Sure, you are guaranteed a prorated refund (see Refund Policy for details) if you are unable to ski or snowboard due to injury, illness or job transfer. The cost for Poley Sure is $35 + HST and must be purchased at the same time you purchase your season pass and the coverage will be effective immediately.
If you do not wish to purchase online, you can call 506-433-7668 to buy your passes over the phone, or stop by in person, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.

Season Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
