Event & Venue Rental Requests

Please note, this is not a guarantee of your booking request. This is only a submission that will be received for review by our team. We will contact you with further Menu options, pricing, and to confirm your booking and payment if we are able to accommodate your request.

Events are typically curated for groups of 50+ that include our catering services.

Terms

• Poley Mountain reserves the right to cancel any Events or Rentals for safety reasons
• Rentals are for Lodge only - Poley Mountain reserves the right to allow continued use of our trail network for customers who may also access the Lodge for use of our washroom facilities and guest services during regular operational hours
• Access to set-up for an Event will be limited to operational hours and communicated to you in the final Event & Venue Rental Agreement/Invoice
• 50% Deposit is required at the time Poley Mountain confirms your request(s)
• 50% Remaining Final Payment is to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event
• Cancellations must be received in writing to marketing@poleymountain.com
• Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the Deposit paid
• Cancellations received 10 days or less prior to the event will receive a refund of 25% of the Total Payments made
• Damages to the property will be charged at a minimum of $250 plus additional materials or labour required
• Any vehicles required to load or unload equipment can temporarily park next to the Lodge and then relocate to general parking
